Nix Cycles delivery information:


  All in stock orders placed before 12pm are usually despatched from us that day, delivery charges are calculated online and are added to your order in your basket.
Please note that all orders over £100 qualify for free delivery (UK Mainland only) and all orders under £100 will be charged a maximum of £10 depending on weight and size.

We can deliver to a work or family members address if it is more convenient for you, just enter a delivery address when you checkout. However, the billing address must match the address where your card is registered. If you choose this option please enter a landline telephone number for the billing address (you can add a mobile number too). This is only available on orders within the UK.

 We offer two types of delivery service:

1st class Royal Mail: For small items. This usually takes 1-2 days and is delivered by your postman. 

Parcel Force/Other alternate courier: For larger items, can take up to 3 d/4 days
 

How do I know if the item I want is available?

What if only part of the order is in stock?
If only part of the order is in stock we will dispatch what is in stock now and the rest of the order when it arrives.  You will only be charged once for postage.  We will charge for the full amount of the order when the first item is picked for dispatch. (unless you state that would like the order sent as complete items)

Are bikes supplied assembled or boxed?
All bikes supplied mailorder are boxed.  This generally means that the bikes are about 80% pre-assembled.   We can fully assemble bikes for in store collections free of charge.

Which couriers do you use?
Small items are sent by First Class Post, larger items and complete bikes are sent by Parcel force Therefore, most items are usually delivered next day.  However, as with all couriers, delays may occur, especially in busy periods

What will the postage charge be?
Most orders posted within the UK are charged between £1.99-£8.99. (Orders to the Highlands of Scotland and offshore may cost more).  Your postage cost will be calculated when you place your order. 

Do your prices include VAT?
All of our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%. If you are ordering outside the UK, please call us on +44 1623232272

Can I Return my items(s)?
We have an open returns policy and will accept goods back if they don't fit your bike, or if you've ordered the wrong thing. We only ask that you return items within 7 days and that returned items are unused and with theiir original packaging.  Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address together with your request for replacement, refund (excluding postage) or exchange and reason for returning the goods.

My goods are faulty, what shall I do?
Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved before goods are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a refund, replacement or repair will be offered depending on each individual case.

How accurate is your website?
We have done everything to ensure that the descriptions of the items on the website are as accurate as possible. However, specifications are subject to change without notice by the suppliers and as such we cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions.
